I have made a simple miter joint box that houses a bell i've chosen as my object. The next step of the box will be to cut keying slots on all the outside corners of the mitered box. These corners will be filled with the same mahogany wood I have used for the lid. I will be working toward a way to address the empty space inside the box so that the object is secure.
